movada goes to "smurf check" me -- initiates vote to kick instead

says sorry oops etc np

map is 5 seconds from change

map changes and meph auto demo drop of course

new policy : any drop while vote is in progress for said player results in temp-ban

movada cannot even smurf check properly but meph learn new thing today

yeah that was a total accident, then u demo dropped and it kicked you for trying to drop during a vote kick. let the good times roll.

zepto did this to mefor a year once (and still does to this day)
 
new script: log demo droppers and randomly select one if available in server for vote kick on map change
