currently im running pc133 motherboard as well as a 1.2 gig processor..i need a mobo that will run my current cpu as well as ddr memory. looking to pay maybe 120 bucks. 512 megs please.

ok up that price to about 120. im currently running a 1.2 tbird..board needs to be able to use it for awhile.
