What games are people playing?

Do people on here even play video games anymore?

I'm considering purchasing Total War: Warhammer II. It looks pretty cool, and the reviews are mostly positive. I have never played a Total War game before, but it looks like something I would enjoy. Anyone playing this?

Anyone have other (germane) thoughts?

Total war WH2
For Honor just put out its halloween event
Playing dragons dogma again now that it re released GOAT edition on ps4

I highly reccomend warhammer, get the first one too so when they patch in the mega campaign you can play it.

Mostly CS:GO. The only game together with Rust (which both are a lot of fun if you play with friends) that i really keep coming back to tbh.

Overwatch was fun for a while.

Kind of looking forward to a single player game to get lost in, but i don't really have time for that the next few months. Started with Mass Effect Andromeda but that couldn't really keep my attention.

Waiting for the next PoE expansion/league in Dec. I'm trying out Grim Dawn but so far I'm not a fan. It's better than D3 but what does that even say?

I definitely won't be playing Destiny 2 - that game looks like such a shallow POS console game that even console gamers don't like it. Now that the marketing hype surrounding that game has finally worn off, the consensus is that it's substantially worse than the first Destiny.

Currently playing Ghost Recon Wildlands. Been a long time since i have played a shooter like this but i am enjoying it. I think i am at tier level 36 or something like that and its getting really fucking hard.

Almost 2000 games on Steam and i've only played 25% of them.
I've played two games (to completion) so far this year. Not playing anything in the run up to xmas, everything is just too damn expensive and everyone is expecting expensive presents.
Working 14 hours a day with 2 hours of that travelling to and from work, I just don't have the time or energy to do anything else.

pc master race games are suffering a huge lull right now.

it's sad when the most popular game on the pc for months has been a huge buggy piece of shit (albeit I have had some fun in it)

i'm actually considering buying a switch to play the new Mario when it comes out.

I thought about getting a switch too, mostly for the zelda game though. And to play a load of classic and indie titles while laying in bed. Oh and the fact that you can take it with you whenever you want. Might get it later on. Thought about getting a PS4 as well though, since there are lot's of good games for that one. But yeah.. don't really have the time for it at the moment.
