i'm bringing a pc back with me this time to ecuador but i have shitty internet so idk if ill even be able to play anything well with ppl in states

do any of u guys know a comfortable gaming headset under $100. I don't need spectacular mic quality I just want good sound and not hurt my delicate ears.
 
u get the cloud 2 over the cloud 1? i dont see why the cloud 2 is worth getting over the cloud 1 and its $20 chaeper on amazon
