just talked with phr33ky in server, and he has the script i made for the shoutcast. i was also able to get the serverside code added to the server. we good to go in that area. he gave it a quick test run and was very happy with it.
for anyone interested in the script.
Index of /shoutcast
the shoutcast.cs is the clientside file, and the other one is the serverside file.
real basic script. this what i came up with in short time. if i could make edits to the mod i could've added support for orbital flags too. as it is now, it will orbit the capers if they have the flag, or position the camera right above the flags if they're not on a person. ohhh, and also it has the tab / select player / press key bind to quickly obs a player.

ohhhh yea, that was bad, and during a shoutcast even. which he knew was happening as he helped me get the script on the server.

i think bugs using invincibility in a terrible 2015 pug game to even the scores was just and nobel
