i thought i had fixed my skipping stream problem but i didn't. and I have no idea whats wrong. ALL I DID WAS PLUG MY HEADPHONES DIRECTLY INTO MY COMPUTER INSTEAD OF INTO MY OLD KEYBOARD

60 down 12 up ya. audio bitrate was fine at 128. It was all fine until I made the switch.

My stream bitrate is set to 3000 and my connection was approved for 3500

man i cant even stream at 1000 bitrate anymore bc i drop 25% frames bc time warner cable blows
