I don't see why everyone is giving Taxi the level of hate in this thread that they are (aside from the fact that people like to troll him a lot).

When people say east coast, the general reaction is to think about the northeast (ie: massachusetts, new york, etc).

When people say the south, they tend to think of certain southern states, including many that are technically on the east coast (ie: carolinas, florida, etc).

thats exactly how I've always seen it. I mean I realize geographically they are eastern states on the coast, but for whatever reason I don't call them east coast states

i almost continued to argue this...but then i realized i'm arguing about the definition of "east coast" and realized that anything I did that wasn't that was an improvement on my day

people from the west coast don't go to LANs because LANs are for angsty nerd virgins that don't have awesome beaches and hot vag all over the place, basically we're all too ****ing cool to hang out with angsty nerd virgins.

the east coast is obviously filled with angsty nerd virgins unable to talk to women and living in their parents basements until they are 30, therefore the LAN attendees tend to come from these areas.
