Hola,

T1:
I've been through the resources thread and downloaded about 85 different versions of tribes and t2. I've also downloaded Crossover Games and tried to get these games running on my wonderful mac mini 2011 with a "good enough to play 2001's games" graphics card.

The problem is that when I full screen tribes in the mac, it's all about an inch and a half too high on my monitor, so I'm stuck playing in windowed mode, which isn't helping my already rusty tribes skills. I know there's a "fullscreen fix" mentioned, but I don't know what exactly that is for, has anyone gotten t1 running via crossover?

T2: True to form, t2 was a disaster to install in a crossover bottle, but I did eventually get it to work, although I can't figure out a way to get the lasthope fix to execute on the t2 installation. Is there a manual way to apply the patch that lets me connect to the "new" master servers? Also, anyone done this previously? It causes my mac to get stupid hot and the fans to run like turbines, which is so fitting of t2 it's unbelievable, but also makes me not want to even try to play.

Thanks
teddykgb

For Tribes 2 you need the Tribes Next patch, not lasthope. There are instructions on the Tribes Next forum for getting the game to run in craptastic mac land.
