well this depends on perspective.
in gaussian curves, I am mostly somewhere in the middle. Except on one or two things where I am above average and 100 to 200 things where I am below average.

If we look at those 1-2 things I am above average at, you could say I am special, if we look at the things I am below average you could say I am retarded. Both would be right.
