I am going to go with biker fault. Only because I ride like everyone is going to kill me and never would have been in that situation. Even if legally it was the cars fault - judgement wise I think the biker made an error.

The car made a sudden left turn (can't see any indicators) without checking the blind spot and took out the bike... how is there any doubt as to who is at fault there?

can anyone find me the ngfm quote about airplanes and what dogs think
When a jet is flying over, and my dog looks up, I wonder what he thinks of. I know the thing is carrying people. But the dog has no clue.

I mean, just imagine the ant looking up at the jet in the sky. Sometimes I wonder what my dog thinks of them. When the jet is flying over head, it looks real tiny like you could reach out and hold it. Yet we know what a jet looks like on the ground.

And I wonder what my dog is thinking when they're going for a car ride with me, and they're looking out the front window.

Chinese people have very strange gaps of knowledge. When the deer lunges his head forward, that man has no idea what it means.

Chinese people also leave the designated walkways to stand of the geyser crust and take pics, sometimes they fall through and literally boil alive, all because of their precious pictures.

They're not smart people. They're just robotic. Math IQ tests are not enough to gauge intelligence.

Wasn't it a Chinaman that tried to take a closeup picture of a bear and it started to eat him?

Apparently, Chinese people don't have zoom functions on their cameras.
