I took Virulence.

Didn't find Epidemic necessary, though.

It's the basic Frost+Chillblains build (you either hate it or love it; I love it) from EJ.

I had your same shoulders, but I accidentally queued for a Zul'Again instance (I usually don't because I haven't gotten around to reading up on bosses) and got lucky.

Farming up VP on an alt to get the wrists. Need to start trash farms for rep for a better cloak and waist and a chance at Obsileavers.
