so far the waves are not as big as the eddie would go contest but still ..its Mavericks so that in itself makes it hairy

they showed a lady who had a broken leg.... LMAO standing on the beach watching them ride 30+ ft waves and a 2 ft white wash takes you out and breaks your leg...

those pics do justice... i watched that dude in yellow get airborn there.... that pic really shows it good.

mavricks is nuts and those fuckers riding it have a screw loose.

also the final kinda lacked in waves.. the sem i finals were HUGE tho
