Yet these CEOs are fooling themselves if they think this new rhetoric will buy off Ms. Warren and the socialist left. It may even embolden them by implying that corporate rules that require a focus on achieving value for shareholders are somehow morally insufficient. The Roundtable CEOs may be selling Ms. Warren the political rope to hang them.

CEOs aren’t popular these days, and it isn’t easy to defend profits. By all means CEOs should talk about the broad benefits that flow throughout society if their companies succeed. But sooner or later they will also have to defend the morality of free markets as the greatest source of prosperity for the most people in human history. Platitudes about stakeholders won’t stop President Warren from lining them up first for the gallows.

Ultimately this is why even "conservatives" (I'm assuming she considers herself as a Conservative) coming from commiefornia are just as hated as the liberals. She's part of the problem by even continuing to care.

Those "people" shitting on her doorstep, blocking access to her store are robbing her earnings and still she cares for those who do not care one iota for her as the state raises taxes (robs more from her) to give more to those trash heaps she calls "people" just attracting more flies and maggots to the shit pile in front of her business.

Panel says California should consider declaring a state of emergency over homeless crisis

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — In San Francisco, a Commonwealth Club panel assembled to discuss homelessness throughout the state. The panel was focused on coming up with solutions to the homeless crisis.

According to the panel, they believe the issue has gotten so bad that the state should consider declaring a state of emergency just like Hawaii has done for their homeless crisis. The panel shared that for every one person housed, three people fall into homelessness. An increase from last year's numbers.
