[What should I do, besides posting pictures of my tits]

Don't burn any bridges. Though, I would be upfront about it with your boss. Let him know that you know he is telling people you got fired. And go from there.

People get really nervous when lawyers send them letters.

I'd agree.

Just ask your boss not to say you got fired, NICELY, with pride. End issue.

No drama. Avoid an argument, etc.

If you press your face hard enough up against an LCD screen, it has give like a fake tit. :brows:

i think you may be on to something. I think with these on the screen..it just might work

Only skimmed the thread, but if it hasn't been said yet ask your clients if you can use them as references.

The clients are not following btw ... They're the company's clients whom I had to deal with pretty much everyday, so I got kinda friendly with some of them.

I don't think they would give me a bad ref at this point ...

We'll see. Anyway, it doesn't seem like I have a problem finding jobs, I'm not worried about that at all. I just hate the fact that this company gets away with looking so fucking professional when they're the last ones being like that.

Okay, I did my part.
:brows:

If the job you're moving to is a given, then why do you need a reference from the company you're currently with?

Email out to clients and set the record straight. I don't see how it can hurt you.

Maybe your old boss won't show you the pimp hand if you didnt let clients keep going after the light over the bed went on.

Kahula, you probably have a good reputation with your clients, and, if they are guys, they all like you. Just let them know that you weren't fired, but instead resigned.

Also, if you have the sudden urge to PM nudes to people, you can send some my way. I mean, don't feel obligated, but the option is on the table.

It can make her seem petty and unprofessional. Too bad the company already beat her to it. Then it will seem like a "You're fired!" "No, I quit." type of situation.

Any employer that doesn't understand that there are two sides to every separation probably isn't worth working for.

Do not send out an explanatory email or you will come off as a paranoid self centered bitch.

So,

I'm quitting my current job next friday for a "way fucking better one". I just heard today that one of my client was told by my boss that I was actually showed the door and left a 2 weeks notice 'cause they're so nice ...

I can't believe how assholish this is, I've been underpaid for all the work I've done, I've implemented a lot of great stuff that they'll still use after I leave, I convinced our biggest client to stay and trust us again after a huge mistake someone did (we're talking 15k/month client, for that small business, it's huge), I did hell of a lot for this company even if no one asked ...

Just seeing the way they treated other people leaving in the past, I must say I'm not surprised at all, but I feel like I can't let this one happen.

What should I do ? I'm thinking about emailing all the people I'm in contact with on a regular basis to let them know I'm leaving, my choice, for another job in my field (bs).

I know they're gonna give me a bunch of shit if I do it, and could get bad references just for that in the future ...

What should I do ?

Cliffs :
-My employer pretends they kicked me out, when I'm actually quitting.
-I wanna make sure people get the right information.
-I hate my current job and the management, can't wait to be out of there.

I admire jews for always doing whats best for their checkbooks. Don't disappoint me.
