read the above post, im not retarded i can see that those bitmaps were run through the pheonix bitmap T1 pallet deal, but it makes the woman have big nipples and it looks funny
 
Question:

I took the .e2. skins from T2 in PNG format, resized them to 256x256, renamed them to their respective bmp names for T1, palletized them using the Entities.pal, then used MakeSkin to convert them to PBMP. I stuck them in Tribes, and they worked perfectly. (Heavy Armor)

When I used the same process for the files from phantom_mod.rar, the Medium and Heavy skins came out like they were mismatched. :(

Can anyone help me with this? Is it supposed to be an easy process to port over skins from T2 to T1? Or not? Because it worked fine for the Heavy in the first release, and it worked fine for the Lights in the latest release.
