T2 Server question

Can a server be restarted from within the game if you are SA?

I hit the reset the server option and it does nothing.

I am an admin n00b.

I dunno, but I know it has something to do with that ispawn.exe

Bind a key to adminhud and select the 'Restart Server' option from the menu.
