T1...enabling custom skins for the server?

I've never setup a Tribes server before so Im lost.

Enabling "Show custom skins" doesnt work even if I host it locally.

Something in the configs?

Let me guess. They patched custom skins out of 1.11?

Someone suggested adding this to the serverprefs.cs

Code:

$pref::useCustomSkins = "True";

but that didnt work. Basically when we join his dedicated server we dont get the option to either choose custom or team default skins.

What are we missing?

Now this is an error I recognise.. "could not load grenade.dts because..." and the fix was to delete any .dts files. Thing is I dont have any .dts file so Im guessing I need to load on skin at a time to see which will work or is it the pskin doing it?
