Is this HUD element hard coded?

Check what button you have bound to 'HUD config' then press it in game and untick all the boxes.

To add further information. I still want the iffs to show obviously, so I must have reticle on (i just made the reticle transparent). The name + health bar only pops up when you aim at someone, I tried looking in the tribes folder but shit was hopeless.
