Pre-season starts July 1st.
EPL Fixture List can be found here: BBC SPORT | Football | Premier League | Fixtures
This year FSC and ESPN will be broadcasting the EPL. Look forward to HD coverage in 2010 as well.
La Liga, Bundesliga, ect. will be shown on GolTV.
Too early to make predictions.

Saturday, 15 August
Chelsea v Hull
Man Utd v Birmingham
Everton v Arsenal
Tottenham v Liverpool
Portsmouth v Fulham
Manchester United and Chelsea will be off to an easy three points at the beginning of the season. Liverpool will be playing low quality opposition as well apparently, since the unnamed team is selling their entire roster as we speak.
As for Arsenal, I don't know if I'm happy or sad to play Everton the first day of the season. It sure is intriguing though.
Fulham are going to smash a scrub Portsmouth side and start off nicely to reinforce their position as a Europa Cup team this year.
(Prepare for mass assumptions off of early season results)

The only prediction I can make this year is it is going to be exciting. Not only for the English league but the Spanish as well. With Barcelona winning the CL and Real Madrid playing Championship Manager in cheat mode, a lot of heads will turn and see what is happening on the other side of the fence as well. I know I will.

I recall Hull having a pretty awesome start last year and ManU had trouble starting.
So easy 3 points for Chelsea and Manu? I say, not so. Not saying they're not favored, but I won't call it easy.
Liverpool should be able to clean house.
Arsenal and Everton will be the match of the week.

That's a solid way to start off the season, no doubt.
