I've told you three times that we don't get the whole video in context and i'm not going to prejudge.
We must not be watching the same video.
The cop dropped his baton after threatening to use it if the guy didn't drop whats in his hand (so it appears). He dropped it to help the other cop get cuffs on.
Dropping right in front of him was dumb as **** but once that happen... what should they have done?
Allowed him to get back up with weapon in hand and walk away?

Watch the video again. There was no forcing of the man to pick it up. Such a dumb narrative.
Don't worry about that cop that was knocked over when the video started. He probably just tripped.
