The first priority in any economic plan is reducing loss.

FIt proper ships, listen to commands and make sure you're in the right place at the right time. Don't go afk where you're not safe, don't move around without scouting or intel, and don't give the enemy easy kills. Know what to do if you're bubbled, if you have fighters on you, or if a POS gunner primaries you. Have an exit strategy ready at ALL times. The better we control our losses the easier it will be for us to sustain our resistance.

As far as ISK making and ships goes...

Insured T1 is the obvious choice for anyone running low on ISK. Battleships still have an important role in any conflict, and battlecruisers fill the same role as HACs in many situations. Many of us (including myself) still have ships stuck in Venal. We WILL get them out, we just have to do it wisely, or we'll give up more silly losses.

If you need to make ISK, find a quiet system around U-S and kill a few rats here and there when we don't have any active ops. Or if you do have an empire alt or whatever, put them to work.
