Except it wasn't a commercial jet; but rather 1 of the 2 747's that are used as Air Force One
 
So the FAA communicated to local law enforcement that it was happening and any dispatcher that received a call told callers it was an authorized flight.

Yeah it should have been communicated to the public but it just looks like a lot of people blowing it out of proportion.

On Thursday I was driving across I-70 just passing WPAFB in Dayton, OH. A 747 flying low across my horizon was headed toward the base. At first I was like "Holy shit it's Air Force One". As it passed in fornt of me I realized it was not AF1. It had the same blue swipe from front to back. Light blue on the bottom, but the tail was pure white, no American Flag, no tail numbers, and no UNITED STATES OF AMERICA printed on the side.
 
i mean i know they arent in business anymore but you are acting as if a blue stripe along the side of an airplane is unique to AF1

I'll give you that its close and pretty similar from a distance.

But AF1 is a pretty damn recognizable aircraft.
 
If anyone in this thread honestly expects the majority of people to be able to recognize AF1 from fairly far away you have too much faith in the american public. Not to mention, I too, seeing any plane AF1 included headed right towards my building with fighters on its tail, would pull a george castanza and push everyone out of my way so that I can be the first to the bottom of the building.

OH NO! and airplane flying at 200 ft! Yea, that shit happens every day, people should in no way want to run from that. Its like people making fun of people who flinch at gun shots or people pretending to punch them. Oh look, that person is hard wired to save their own ass. LOL!!! Dumb asses.
