[HOW TO] Host a *dedicated* server, configure, setup webadmin

It works for me. I changed the port to 8080. Asigned a name to it TV.bomberboys.com. Created admin password. Directed IP to TV.bomberboys.com and it worked.
 
Check the ini file and verify that it's listed in the available maps. We're running it on the (MA) Linux WINE server, but I recall having to manually edit the ini file to add it.
