zig zag sauce pattern on plates

Balsamic vinegar, olive oil dip for ur bread

to go with the raspberry coulis zigzag on the plate

I do prefer the zigzag to the skidmark shit smear they did through the 10's though, and the frigging dots and flowers you get now. I can only hope that when restaurants reopen all those little flower growers have gone out of business.
 
It was around but not really mainstream foodcourt, california roll type crap, except maybe in cali.

Looks like sushi was much bigger in the US than in Aus. Probably b/c you had more Japs and we still hated them for Normandy beaches
