Well guys to say first i had one hell of a time and i want to thank alot of people who i met and i think i will go again next year.
On with the story. Onibushi and his friend "Mitch" were rooming with us at UVA. I thought it would be cool, cause i knew Oni from TW and i thought he could be trusted. During the whole LAN everything went fine we had no problems with him at all. The last night when we told him we were leaving tommorow morning at 5am because we had a 12 hour drive he got kinda pissed and said he was just going to pack up now and leave.
Well i see him packing up a bit and he says his good-byes and i didnt even think of him paying for his room because i thought he would just pay Amun. Well he never paid for the room at all.
I found out about the incident during a little party in room 208 (woo woo good times there) When Amun came and told me lots of our stuff was missing. Well i had a few drinks so i got exremely pissed and wanted to find Oni right then and beat his face in. After some people calmed me down (Thanks d0ggy & Amun) we went down to the room and the room had been trashed, our bags had been gone through, and lots of stuff was missing. Here is a list of what was stolen.
HP 2215 Ipaq PDA w/ 802.11b Wifi card and 256mb SD Card
SprintPCS Sanyo 8100 cell phone
Verizon Motorola 120e phone
Playstation 2 w/ 7 games
Cd Player and several cds
So first we notified Cheater that there was a problem and we needed to get in contact with security, and he wasted no time helping us (Thank you again Cheater & Old_Skul for your help) get in contact with security and let them know what happend. Oni and Mitch checked out before we did and i dont think they even turned in their keys. The secutity staff did what they could be told us it would be better to call the police so we did that. Oni and Mitch were the last ones in the room before Amun came in and found what happend. Amun and Chris (another guy that lives around here) were in the room a few hours before Oni and Mitch left and the room was fine, but after they left when they went back in the room was trashed.
After the police arrived we explained again what had happpend and we then found out that those ****ers charged 3 movies and 3 days of internet access to our rooms account without asking. Well the police took all of our information and said that they would hand it off to a detective to investigate the case. I found out later that with as much that was stolen and because they took it accross state lines, that they are going to be ****ed when and they will get caught.
