Fortnite

So crossplay has dropped, and it works. I was in a lobby that I created (PC), and my xbox and ps4 friends could join in. Obviously for cross play to work you need at least 2 other people, so that mandates squads (at least from the PCs point of view).

I already have Wemps in my friendlist. Maybe I should go and create a list in the OP

As far as i know its always worked, but the PC player has to invite the console player. I don't think it works any other way
 
it's only just started to work for ps4, Sony only just got on board w/crossplay

doesn't matter at all who invites who

mixing console and PC players in a squad isn't ideal though, your console buddies will always be at a disadvantage against mouse+kb players
 
I dont mind the console players, but the guys playing on their phones/tablets might as well just paint a bullseye on their heads

the difference is now Xbox & PS4 can play together.

before PC could play w/ either independently but they could not play w/ xbox & ps4 together
 
I still can't understand what is the point of playing this game on anything but a PC.

I can't kill anything on either an Xbox or an iPad.

It's kind of infuriating.
 
on a console the fucking thing aims for you bro

just hug someone while holding a shotgun and pull the trigger when it auto-centers the reticle on them :p
 
I'm getting better. At least i get 1 or 2 kills before im beat down. When i started my feet would barely touch ground before i got a beat down

There is no dancing 50's thing. There is disco domination and there was 'flying 50's' but its over with and didn't have a respawn thing
 
Respawn with guns is great. Just need to decrease time back into action by allowing faster drop.
