Already writing off Avs, Stars and Islanders?
I think these are all really tight races that could go either way.

i can barely watch a hockey game on an american network because the announcers are usually **** and they seem to always turn their focus to the superstars on each team rather than some no name player having a great shift.
thankfully I get two games a night for months with decent broadcast

They're just stats, no opinions
as you can see, there are shifts after each game

Each team***8217;s chances of winning are based on 50,000 simulations of remaining playoff games, which factors in each team***8217;s projected strength, current health, home-ice advantage, and likely path through the playoffs. It also adjusts throughout the playoffs using ELO based on the strength of the opponent, the margin of victory and the venue the game was played at.

interesting if you like numbers: ELO Ratings for the NHL Hockey Analytics

I think the Islanders pull it off tonight and get back in this. I think Dallas will even it up later.

I was hoping they would take at least 1 or 2.
So one wildcard into round 3.

I don***8217;t understand this, I said this on Canada and it goes down in there. And you know, it***8217;s a funny thing. They know that it***8217;s the wrong thing to do, or they***8217;d do it in the playoffs. You do a guy, you do it in October, you don***8217;t see him until March. They know in the playoffs, you should***8212;look at that there, that***8217;s pretty good. You shouldn***8217;t have***8230;you know, I don***8217;t understand, guys***8230;well, I***8217;m told, the owner said ***8216;Entertain the crowd.***8217; And they still draw 13-14,000 people. And these people that are here now, front-running fans as far as I***8217;m concerned, front-running fans as far as I***8217;m concerned

Games were ok? Did you see the 3rd period of Bruins/Blue jackets? Do you have a pulse?
