If we were Germany, we'd have 99% white people only in America.

Unfortunately, we are not like Germany. We have leeches.

Its not only about having leeches. The whole system is different to begin with.
There is no "for profit" healthcare providers here.

Sure, but the countries aren't even remotely comparable like that moron was trying to do.

Throw a massive influx of illegal immigrants, worthless leeches, and overreaching liberal ideology, and Germany would be set back a century.

The health care act is good. I know tons of people that were denied insurance....even with no pre existing conditions! This should fix that. The only people that are against this are those that stand to lose something - and those companies are ver well funded - they are the ones that have been bank rolling all the negative campaigns. We are the only civilized country without a decent health plan. 1/5 of Americans can't afford health insurance.
Go back to playing video games. Christ you sound like that feeboo teenager.

Arguable.

-GOP whittled it down to a shell of itself with no public option. How many times did Obama try to reach across the aisle during this process? He compromised on numerous issues and gave Repubs many chances to come up with an alternative plan for this universally-acknowledged bleeding sore (i.e. healthcare). They came up with nothing.
How many times did Obama reach across the aisle to appease the insurance executives? Well ****, he was basically sitting side-by-side with them.

Has a President ever met so many times with company CEOs that they were trying to wrangle in before?

Mandatory healthcare insurance! WOW, GREAT FIX! We sure showed those insurance companies!!

Quote:
-GOP is clearly in the corner of the for-profit health industry. The phrases "for-profit" and "health industry" do not belong in the same sentence. They are not looking out for common citizens. Even after the compromises, they have attempted to repeal approximately 40 times knowing it's a fruitless effort.
lol, and yet the Dems are the biggest receivers of big pharm/insurance.

Quote:
-They are now self-inflicting unquantifiable damage onto the economy because they are crybabies and because they are scared people might actually like it.
Unquantifiable. Maybe the Dems should learn to compromise?

-The GOP also fought against Medicare, a very unpopular program (sarcasm)

-What would happen if the GOP tried to repeal Medicare today? They'd lose about 75% of their base faster than one can say "Ted Cruz is a dip****"
They also passed the Civil Rights Act, and yet ****** leeches support Dems. It's almost as if it's more complicated than what you're saying... hmm

of course it is. forcing everyone to buy highly overpriced, monopolized, privatized, health care is exactly the answer we all needed.

The good news is that Obamacare (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) will reduce those costs by 3000%

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUd-slJc-GY

Yet in reality it at best will cost about the same (with far higher deductibles).

Will young adults will see Obamacare premiums soar? - Sep. 27, 2013

To doubling the cost for younger men.

Double Down: Obamacare Will Increase Avg. Individual-Market Insurance Premiums By 99% For Men, 62% For Women - Forbes

So much for the political rhetoric. Another way to get the young to foot the cost for the old and aging. As if the 50k the boomers left us in national debt and endlessly increasing SS and Medicaid payments wasn't enough of a gift.

But hey......even if you can't afford health care (even now) you will get taxed for not having it anyways. Nothing better than paying a penalty price for something you already can't afford and is really no more obtainable.

Paying with cash should be cheaper than insurance. The fact that insurance companies pay ridiculously low amounts and cash payers get ****ed, is the biggest problem I've noticed. That and illegals getting medical attention in the ER.

Tell them to get ****ed. That's my new solution to everything I don't feel like paying for or contributing to anymore. In my experience if you don't own a home they can't put a lean against your property, they can't garnish your wages without suing you and winning in court, and after fighting you for so long will just give up......and use your cost expenditures as a tax write off.
