get a deep pot and a pasta strainer
put broccoli in strainer and allow the sides of the strainer hang on the sides of the pot
put water in bottom of pot
put in greens with salt pepper garlic
let steam 8-10 minutes
Fry and egg asian style (like they do for fried rice, tiny little bally crumby pieces)
Fry bacon, crumble
Fresh spinach, big stems broken off.
