Spry died of an apparent brain aneurysm

Woah. I just got home from my environmental biology class and a girl im friends with was apparently a really good friend of Alex's. She was on his paintball team and was the only member of the team to drive down to his wake yesterday (11 hours roundtrip from here). She couldn't make it to the funeral today and was really upset. She talked to him on the phone a few hours before he died and was supposed to see him shortly thereafter.

Sounded like a helluva guy. Wish I'd known him. :(
 
I recently heard about the death of Flamedude/Spry and offer my condolences to Alex’s family and friends. He was a great teammate and was a breath of fresh air to play with, unlike so many that are turned loose on the internet without proper adult supervision.
