Let him throw the first punch, knowing 7-11, they'd have cameras outside and you could get tape from them for court. It would show him in your face and throwing a punch while the chick was taking pictures. It would show it was planned because of her taking the pics and not doing shit.

He didn't trespass. He was escorted onto the property by someone who works for Daspin's family. I don't know how your parents are reaching this decision, but last I checked assualt was against the law.
 
your parents apparently don't know shit. battery is physical. assault does not have to be physical.

what mr. daspins did with getting in the face of nspectre is assault, no one would try to refute that. what nspectre did might have been battery if he wasn't simply defending himself. mr. daspin doesn't have a leg to stand on.
 
When you've been called by the police and told to desist in your terroristic threats, and then admit to stalking someone for months... that's not gonna look good. Ignore the member and his parents.

If so, backing up and diving away would have been the right thing to do, so he dosn't punk you while your getting out. Get out and run up and demolish his ass.
