[so] I bought a Camper in the spring. It had a mini fridge in it. Our fridge quit a month later. The Camper fridge saved the day. I bought a new fridge for the house. Found a mini fridge for the lake house deck because walking inside for a beer is for suckers. Got a free mini fridge from work because pe says i can't have 2 in my office. It went to the other cabin because drinking alone rocks. Then another mini fridge fell in my lap and it joined the solitary drinking fridge because more is better. Then a deep freeze was left in our mini storage and it's holding a 1/4 beef now, then another wild goddamn mini fridge just appeared today in an abandoned storage unit.

It it tiem for mecha fridge or ctrl-K?

I love you man, you must drive your wife crazy.

Today I salute you Mr I***8217;ll take your unwanted **** guy
Never has one man found so many many diamonds in the rough, or is it cubic zirconias? Without you the world may never have known a man could amass 5 fridges, 7 lawn mowers, 2 Chevy big block engines, a moped and an old golf cart.
(Real American penis)
And just like you, I, too, would rather be fishing, or hiding in my garage or even junkyard dogging
(Ooh yea)
So crack open an ice cold bud light oh ***8220;you don***8217;t want that? I***8217;ll take it***8221; guy.

it sounds like you have an inside line into shorting the local minifridge market since supply is outstripping demand. it is simple economics

Yes, family business. We are entirely too forgiving when people don't pay and get stuck with **** more often than not. Yesterday's lock cut was a 5x10 with a nice maytag clothes drier, an ok bmx bike, some fishing poles, mini fridge, tools, play station games and boxes of clothes. Nowhere close to the 375 they owe us.

The last one we cleaned out was also a 5x10 but stacked to the ceiling. Nearly 10 feet up and mostly clothing...

Can you share some details with me in PM? I have been seriously thinking about buying a storage unit because i have seen some serious cash flow with them but im being told some things that just seem to be to good to be true. Like how they basically run themselves with 3 employees max.

I ended up with 2 mini-fridges from my office... they are in storage awaiting a keg fridge conversion. Just haven't got around to it

Yeah, mowing and snow removal is the most labor intensive part of it. 14 years ago we cleared the land and contracted the first building. Part of the land needed fill for another building, so we made friendly with a dirt contractor who dumps excess dirt in the back at no cost to us. We need the dirt, and he needed a place to put it. We have a po box for business.

Do you find it amazing at the junk people keep in storage? I imagine 95% of the time it is rubbish they would have been better off just throwing out.

I know we have a heap of **** in the house and the mrs thought about getting a storage unit but what's the point. If it's crap you don't use when it's in the house then you sure as **** wont ever dig it out from a unit.

Only way they make sense to me is as a seasonal storage. Chuck all your ski gear, coats, boots & whatnot in there in summer and then swap it out once a year for the surfboard, beach umbrella and camping gear.

Yea, a hoarder neighbor rents from us. I can only imagine the **** crammed in there.

We get more than a few divorced people that put nice things away and don't pay.
