alton brown and irvine are horrible(although good eats was an amazing show for beginners). I find it hard imagining the other two use anything close to what americans call "steak sauce" unless of course you just mean sauce on steak in which case you must be joking.
On further googling you indeed must be referring to any sauce going on steak as steak sauce which imo is misleading since the phrase steak sauce(as a specific name for a sauce) usually refers to crappy generic bottled shit.
I can if you'd like. My wife takes the cell phone(with camera) with her to her rotations but when she gets back I can have her take pictures if that would be of interest to ppl besides myself.
