Scarabrae was one map where the APC was actually kinda useful.

even though scarabrae ended up shit for competitive games eventually, it was basically perfect for a lot of the mods
I remember before skiing when 4 HO hop onto apc, bring inventory station and move into enemy base for rest of game. In 1998 I spend hours at top of both bases defending.
Also that was the map my mom first saw me playing and the first player name that came up was someone called genital herpes. She was mad.
