I posted those as an apology. Those people look 100% credible and I am sorry I doubted every fucking word that came out of their lying ass mouths

and there is it. I knew it you faggot. You think the simple transportation of prisoners is inhumane unless it is flying first class.
Not first class, just a little dignity: let someone shit/piss every 3 hours, try not to injure them etc.

ztir bleeds for every criminal and broke dick in the world

that is why he needs so much socialized healthcare to keep him alive

he is lifeblood and dialysis of criminally ill
No. Ztir doesn't take an outlier example and make it rule.

Or get red wings.

And a chocolate Sanchez for tomorrow.

I mean are the accused even human

I don't think so
Yea, who would have thought that held before trial means the State no longer has to give a shit about you.

The constitution - important at times, not so important (or in this case) apparently completely irrelevant when it's inconvenient.

I didn't read article, so they ship people being held before trial across country now?

Edit: never mind read first paragraph guess she was on the lam

so you're suggesting instead we try and save money by treating people as less than human, including people who are innocent and have not been given their constitutional right to due process by the law? well if we're just going to throw out the constitution and have no regard for basic human dignity why feed prisoners? why heat prisons? those things are expensive. they might be innocent? no bother, they must have been doing something wrong since they wound up "in the system".

why have any accountability at all? someone is suspected of a crime? throw them away, let them rot in some van covered in their own filth. we can just use secret police and get rid of anyone we feel like.

actually, here is what we do. Feds run an interstate bus transport program. The bus stays on the interstate highways. Jails that want to transfer a prisoner coordinate with the federal program to arrange a pickup/dropoff time at a designated rest stop. The jail vans shouldn't have to travel more than an hour or two, and the buses don't need to go out of their way to visit jails.

its not a federal program really you know
its all the states trying to get along together
that shit is cray cray
