Console?

Sorry to make a new thread about this. I've searched around and haven't been able to find out how to enable the console by pressing a single button. I know I saw the explination somewhere. Can someone instruct me or give me a link? Thanks alot.
 
Right-click T:V shortcut > Properties > add " -console" to the end of target line (without quotes). Press Tab to access console in-game.

Will ~ open the console in game? Do I put that before or after the quotes in the target?
 
1st of all you should know that you're of below average intelligence.
Secondly, right click your T:V shortcut, go to properties and in the target box add -console to the end of your T:V shortcut after the quotes. Then tab should be the default key to bring it up.
