how do you turn off the friendly IFF being replaced by purple flag carrier IFF when they have the flag and just leave it as the normal friendly iff
 
i dont have a purple flag carrier iff personally so i dont know exactly what ur talking about but

either change your minimap.friend.flag.png (probably in /base/huds)

or you might be using emjays guistuff.dll and thats what you're talking about

in that case i think u have to turn off the pass helper pref(s?) in your autoexec or wherever u store your $mj variables

it might be an mj plugin. could be part of guistuff or hmcrasher, or something else, i don't remember.
