Getting auto-kicked from AV for being AFK...

When I'm obviously not AFK.

It's happened to me twice in a row in AV (and only happened in AV)... Apply buffs, run up to the gate before the match starts, and 3 seconds later I'm kicked out of the BG and have deserter and get a message that I was booted for being AFK. It's getting pretty fucking annoying. Anybody know why it's happening and/or how to stop it?
 
i read a post about that and its happened to other people

blues blamed it on latency or "client-side" issues but they did acknowledge it
 
i havent had this happen in a bg yet but its done it 3 times over the last week when joining TB. i accept to join, the zones loads then ports me back to SW and removes me from the raid.
 
i got kicked from a TB today for no reason right before the battle ended

opened a ticket to get my honor and whatnot

itll get answered in 3 days.
 
i never get booted from BG's when i actually afk through them but ive been kicked from TB once in the middle of wrecking shit
