they are in downtown/five points area, not midtown/10th street


edit: I think that was just a view of the capitol too, I think

I just know they filmed in the area of forsyth and marietta streets


obviously it's entirely plausible they cobbled shots together from rooftops all over the area
 
I imagine they will play with the skylines too. So a shot of the ground won't match the skyline.
