Maybe the pressure build up in the black hole is enough to propel the stuff out in the weaker spots even against the massive gravitational pull.

You have to remember a black hole isn't actually a hole, it's just an incredibly massive, but incredibly dense star husk (or something else in the case of the supermassive ones)

Or maybe the particles that escape can somehow defy gravity?

Perhaps the black hole has 'poles' where the matter 'processed' by the black hole is ejected. Universal recycling.

It is crushed to the size of an atom - stay tuned for big bang II after all material in the universe is absorbed.

This isn't Hawking radiation. You won't ever observe Hawking radiation as the timescales involved are enormous (we are talking many orders of magnitude greater than the current lifetime of the universe).

However big black holes are believed to form accretion disks around them (but well away from the event horizon of course), and this gas through a variety of mechanism can heat up and excite nearby nuclei that then radiate in a characteristic way. Candidates have been found in the literature which is why we think we can observe a 'black' hole!

There is also a phenomena of jets that are believed to be formed by the warping of magnetic fields line close to the blackhole. These are also very visible so long as you happen to be pointing a telescope in the right direction.

I think the jets form because the black hole's rotation is causing centripetal force that prevents the gas from entering the event horizon, but the extreme gravity eventually squeezes it towards the poles. As it gets closer to the poles it doesn't lose any velocity which means it increases in RPMS. Eventually it spins so fast that it just explodes.

I have no science to back that up, but none of you have science to prove me wrong either.

i figured that the particles that make up the jets is the information that was squished into nothingness from the black hole, or whats become known as the Hawking Paradox.

the information that goes into the hole does not disappear so it has to go somewhere.
