African-Americans compared to whites are more likely to live in those neighborhoods."

On top of that, Hale says there are a lot of stressors that nonwhite communities disproportionately feel that can influence sleep. "There are concerns about racism, not being able to feed one's family, relatives being incarcerated," she says. "One needs to feel safe. If you don't have that internal feeling of security whether financial, physical or emotional, it will be harder to fall asleep."

Blacks can make their neighborhoods nice but choose not too. Instead they want to move to the nice white neighborhood. The riff raff follows and the whites flee to the more expensive communities (possibly gated with walls). Whites don't force the blacks to play boom box music from their cars driving down the street, or shoot guns (drive-bys).

Why do they keep making stuff up and extrapolating from the data what they want to believe. We know drugs and alcohol can affect sleep why didn't they bring that up as a mention... oh yeah it doesn't fit the narrative
