I'm trying to use this essentially as my default soundcard on my computer. So I want to use it for music recording as well as for gaming headphones/mic to make it easier than using multiple sound devices.
When I try to use the US-1800 as my default playback device it works fine. When I try to also use it as my default recording device, the playback device switches to one of my other devices, but the recording device works as it should. There seems to be no way I can use it as both the default playback device as well as the default recording device.
Any ideas? I'm sure I'm doing something really stupid but I can't figure this out. Maybe it's because it's 3am.
