my tribes is sick

so, i got tribes and have been playing for a few weeks now and having these bugs is annoying. when i enter the game, most of the screen is black except from the top left to my mouse pointer. does that have to do with being opengl or what? the whole time tribes was still popular i had a voodoo3 and was running 3dfx.

also, my hudbot warped around. it used to be in the regular spots then mysteriously moved off the screen and out of line.

anybody got any fixes?
 
oh yeah.. i forgot about the hud config button :x

and the AA was on ON instead of let program decide :-/
