Any idea what the R2/R3/R4 etc classifiers next to the skills mean? For the most part the higher numbers seem to indicate more powerful abilities, but other then that?

In gameplay videos the abilities have a star followed by a number 2/3/4/5. I'm guessing you need to be a certain level to purchase those abilities or they have a higher XP cost.

Edit: They refer to "level credits"

I bought it.

Reminds me of Mirror's Edge with guns and objective based gameplay which could be pretty ****ing awesome.

I pre-ordered after watching the gameplay tutorial videos. Seems like they've got the mechanics down.

However, AI looks dumb as **** and graphics look like ass (especially the awkward animations).

Apparently the D2D version will work with Steam (your Product Key) because it is a Steamworks game. So probably don't even have to actually download it from D2D.

AI does look dumb but I still hear people say the AI is smart(people who are actually playing it now). The knockdown animations look awkward, especially the transition between standing/knocked down while in the air.

I was wondering that myself, but it's not looking good. If we have that many on at release we can just password it for a while.

Looks like I was able to just use the Product Key and associate it directly w/Steam. I'll hopefully be playing sometime this week - I joined the steam community thing.
