6 to 6 means 6 sets of 6 reps? but then it says 3x5?

and you are doing undulating reps where one week is high reps then lower then lower etc etc right?

better to start off w/ the heavy stuff and get into more volume but obv once you are on the program it's a cycle anyway.

presumably you aren't actually holding the weight static on the squats and leg press right?

anyway pretty standard bro program aka bad but not that bad gg.

if you are intermediate lifter I would be surprised if you make gains on this for more than a month or two at the absolute most. p.s. ur not intermediate lifter. if u r noob lifter should do noob program.

just notice u r not doing deadlift LOL

prey crap program. hard to critique b/c whole thing need to be scrapped. if u r rly serious about want advice u can post back but u r prob too headstrong to take advices neway so g/l

if u make gains on this u r real good genetics and should maybe take lifting actually srs on real program gg.

also pls dont do vagina tightener machine unless u need 2 make vagina tighter in which case holding egg in vag w/ weights is better exercise fyi

Thanks for advice bro I will add deadlifts on back day and no vag machine maybe weighted lunges?
