I imposed the following filters on the most ignored count list:

1) Ignored user must've been here in the last 2 months.
2) Ignoring user must've been here in the last 2 months.
3) User is not perma-banned.

it's because you're not necessarily offensive enough for people to ignore you that's why guys like absent get ignored a lot.

instead, the people ignoring you are part of a smaller group of tw posters who can't handle your overwhelming stupidity.
