The maintenance in this game is probably the most inconvenient of any mmo I've played so far. I wonder if it's because I like it more, or because the times they do it at are just plain dumb

So what is their planned maintenance? Do they do it on Tuesdays like WoW does?

It's pretty much the exact same time as WoW, and pretty much the best time that could be chosen. You must just like to complain.

I'm not really playing anything right now on the PC. I just finished Skyrim. i dont know if i will wait for D3 or pick up SW or not.
