How can one enable AddOns?

There is no AddOns button on the character select screen, been searching through all the menu options and I'm stuck, it's retarded, or maybe I'm retarded. Wasn't like this before, did they change something? <3

Sounds like you already did this but confirm that AddOns are installed to the following path:

World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\<your addons here>

Make sure there are actually files in the addon folders. If those conditions are met I can see no reason why you shouldn't have an AddOns button at the character select screen. You could also try running the repair utility in case you have some corrupted files.

I'm gonna wager... yer trying to load PTR and dont have the addons copied over.

It sounds like a folder/directory issue.
