I just fought a warlock in a duel who was hitting for ~1000 damage with non-crit shadowbolts and critting for 1500. With fear he can kill any person with a normal amount of armor and they will not have a chance unless they are a stunlock rogue.

unless one of your reaper ms crits or the fear breaks in 2 seconds, or a priest, or a druid or an idiot

if you would want consistent 1000 shadowbolts then he has dmg gear and would probably use cos. guess what his hp is like when he's using damage gear
