I vote draft so teams don't get stacked. That will allow for everyone to be involved and have a shot.

Only problem with this is there will be some of the elites that will rebel against their team for whatever reason.

One thing I'll never understand in this game is the elite players would rather whine and pout about someone fucking up a play and costing the team a win rather than step up their game and carry their team humbly despite a player holding them back on their team.
